Casting Calls

Casting directors and agencies posting casting calls agree to provide accurate information about the opportunity, including compensation, dates, and requirements. Model Near is not responsible for the accuracy of casting call information or the conduct of casting directors.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Scrape or collect data from the platform without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with the platform's operation

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post on Model Near. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Model Near is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the outcome of casting opportunities.

Limitation of Liability

Model Near shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost opportunities, lost profits, or data loss.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our discretion.
